Itinerary

• Day 01

  Cochin to Munnar [129 Kms / 4 ½ Hrs Approx.]

  Arrival at Cochin Airport / Railway Station. Upon arrival, drive to Munnar Enroute visit Cheyyappara Waterfalls. On the way to Munnar you can see tea gardens spread like a green carpet over hundreds of kilometers, lush green hills, a place so difficult to describe, very low population too far from pollution, most of the area covered by Tata tea. On arrival check in to the Hotel.

• Day 02

  Munnar

  After breakfast, proceed for City Tour of Munnar visiting Raja Malai, a top peak of Munnar where you may see Neel Thar [mountain goats], Tea Museum, Mattupetty,etc. you can also enjoy boating in the Lake [on own]. Visits to Echo Point, Blossom Garden, Eravikulam Wildlife sanctuary famous for Nilagiri Tahr and Tea gardens.

• Day 03

  Munnar to Thekkady [91 Kms / 3 ½ Hrs Approx.]

  After breakfast drive to Thekkady. An Enchanting Plantation Town Thekkady, located in central Kerala, is a popular hill station and wildlife reserves of India and spread across the entire district are picturesque plantations and hill towns that hold immense opportunities for treks and mountain walks. The Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary offers boating and good chance of seeing the great Indian tiger in its natural habitat. [Optional] Kathakali The traditional dance, Spice plantation Tour and Ayurvedic massage.

• Day 04

  Thekkady to Alleppey [138 Kms / 4 Hrs Approx.]

  After breakfast, proceed to Alleppey, where you will be booked to stay overnight on the Houseboat. Staying in Houseboat is breathtakingly stimulating experience. While sailing down a maze of canals one sees different scenes from the villages, paddy fields, coconut palms, fisherman and local life. Lunch, evening tea & snacks, dinner next day breakfast and will be provided in the boat. The cool breeze from the Lake make you sleep early in the night after anchoring in a fancy place.

• Day 05

  Alleppey to Cochin [54 Kms / 2 Hrs Approx.]

  After breakfast, disembark the houseboat & depart by road for Cochin. Upon arrival, Check In at the hotel. Later, proceed for City Tour of Cochin visiting The St Francis Church, the oldest Church in India, 500 year old Portuguese Houses, Chinese fishing nets, 16th century Synagogue, Jew Town and Mattancherry Palace, built by Portuguese.

  Cochin Departure

  After breakfast, transfer to Cochin Airport / Railway Station to board flight / train for onward journey.
